Refunds/returns can be requested within 30 days from the date you have received your items. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- damaged outer packaging which does not affect the product itself or its usage
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
The following reasons are NOT covered by our return policy, and we are not liable for these issues
- Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.
- Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 days, depending on your payment provider.
Cancelled orders refunds
If you wish to cancel your order and get a refund, please send us an email at email@example.com within 2 hours of placing to ensure we can cancel it before it is processed and dispatched. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we cannot interrupt the delivery or issue a refund while the package is in transit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged. Exchanges can be requested within 30 days from the date you have received your items. Please do NOT return the parcel using the return address on the package without notifying us via email that you are willing to return your product. If the parcel is returned without our acknowledgement, it would be disposed and therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is damaged/faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund due to incorrect address provided.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. If the package gets returned to us due to incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address, however, you will be liable for the accrued shipping costs, or we can provide you with a refund where the shipping cost will be deducted.
