When will I receive my order?
Your order is very important to us. Please note that your item may take up to 20 business days to arrive due to incredibly high demand. However, most of the time, our products will arrive a lot quicker and be aware that sometimes it is out of our control. So you do not need to worry if your order does not arrive the next day! This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

My order is missing. What should I do?
If your order is not received within 20 days from the dispatch day, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We would do all we can to track&trace your parcel. Please note, most of the delivery carriers do not hold tracking information for more than 60 days, therefore, we will not be able to track your parcel/check the delivery status. If your order is not delivered/missing and 60 days have gone by since the dispatch day, we will not be able to assist you
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please send us an email at email@example.com within 2 hours of placing to ensure we can cancel it before it is processed and dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we cannot interrupt the delivery or issue a refund while the package is in transit.
Can I amend my order?
We can only amend your order if it is not processed or dispatched. We cannot amend addresses whilst the order is in transit, and we will only send your order to the delivery address you have inputted. We are NOT taking responsibility if the address has been inputted incorrectly.
Can multiple discounts be used?
Multiple discounts can not be combined. Automatic discounts will be applied at the checkout. Presentation of multiple competing offers/ discounts will result in the best offer being applied. Discount codes and offers may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest.

What if I provided wrong address?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times. Therefore there is a minimal time gap to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at email@example.com, including the correct shipping address, as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits.
If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us so we can then ship it to the correct address. However, you will be liable for the accrued shipping costs or provide you with a refund where the shipping cost will be deducted.
