How does our shipping work?
The Trendy Bits ® works with global manufacturers and suppliers worldwide to provide you with the best prices.
Standard International Shipping: 5 to 15 working days (excluding 2 working days processing time)
All orders will be dispatched from our USA, UK or Asia warehouses, depending on the products availability, destination country and current shipping efficiency. In peak periods, please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched.
We will not be liable for the delayed shipment in the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part because of force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, transportation limitations, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow.
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. We are NOT responsible for the customs clearance/local delivery carrier delays.
If your order is not received within 20 days from the dispatch day, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We would do all we can to track&trace your parcel. Please note, most of the delivery carriers do not hold tracking information for more than 60 days, therefore, we will not be able to track your parcel/check the delivery status. If your order is not delivered/missing and 60 days have gone by since the dispatch day, we will not be able to assist you.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. If the package gets returned to us due to incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address, however, you will be liable for the accrued shipping costs, or we can provide you with a refund where the shipping cost will be deducted.
Parcels awaiting collection from the LPO
Once the parcel is dispatched, you shall receive a shipping information email with the tracking number. The customer's responsibility is to track the package and collect it on time if, due to unsuccessful delivery, the parcel is returned to the local post office for collection. We do NOT send text messages, notifications or email reminders to collect the package. If the parcel is not collected and returned to us, we can reship it, however, you will be liable for the accrued shipping costs, or we can provide you with a refund where the shipping cost will be deducted.
